Juicing has long been promoted for health. I have put together some recipes with anti-inflammatory foods, herbs and spices. I recommended staying on the juice fast for 5 days minimum. After the juice fast, then go on the anti-inflammatory diet for 21 days(see previous tab). A five day juice fast can be done once every 21 days until results are achieved. C-reactive Protein levels will be decreased.
Juice One: Lg. bunch of fresh parsley, 2 large carrots, 3 celery stalks, one apple, 1/2 lemon (with rind), 1/2 cucumber, 1inch of fresh ginger root (peeled).
Juice Two: Lg. bunch of fresh parsley, 2 cups fresh pineapple, one apple, 3 carrots, 1 celery stick, one teas.Carlson Fish Oil (lemon flavored), and 1/8 teas. tumeric, 1/2 cup papaya.
Juice Three: 4 fresh beets with beet greens, 2 carrots, 1 celery stick, 2 cups fresh pineapple, one teas. Carlson Fish Oil (lemon flavored), 1/2 inch fresh ginger root (peeled).
